It is both something new and something we have been doing since the start of Gaia. We want to strengthen our offer in both in-house, tailor-made programs and open programs where you as a participant meet other leaders from many different contexts.

Our open leadership programs are available for those who want to develop as leaders and gain new insights and lessons to address the complex challenges of our time. All our programs are based on Gaia’s 25 years of experience in leadership development in everything from large international companies, to government agencies and start-ups.
