It is both something new and something we have been doing since the start of Gaia. We want to strengthen our offer in both in-house, tailor-made programs and open programs where you as a participant meet other leaders from many different contexts.

All our programs are based on Gaia’s 25 years of experience in leadership development in everything from large international companies, to government agencies and start-ups.
